Year-round hydroponic herbs, leafy greens, peppers and tomatoes — at retail-chain volumes, on a forecast horizon that holds.
Pakistan's fresh produce category is volatile by nature — seasonal, weather‑bound, dependent on aggregator pricing that moves week to week. We built Arrow Fresh as a commercial supplier first: a hydroponic operation engineered to take that volatility out of your supply chain.
Our retail and HoReCa partners run twelve-week forecasts on our delivery schedule. Mint and lettuce go out by the pallet every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Specialty crops — cherry tomatoes, sweet peppers, jalapeños, fresh basil — ship on the same cadence. Nothing is wishfully scheduled. If it’s on your sheet, it’s on the truck.
The catalogue is structured around what retailers actually order. Volume crops — mint, lettuce, cherry tomatoes — anchor the line. Specialty herbs and trial varieties fill out the bench.

Onboarding a new buyer takes us about three weeks. After that, we manage to your forecast and you treat us as a fixed cost in your supply mix.
You tell us volumes, varieties, delivery cadence and any custom requirements. We confirm whether the line you need is already growing or needs to be trialled.
About 30 minutesTrial pallet ships within the week. Quality, leaf size, weight, packaging — all on the buyer's spec sheet so the team handling receiving has something concrete to evaluate.
Week 1We set a twelve-week rolling forecast jointly. Mint, lettuce, peppers — whatever's on the order — goes onto a fixed Mon/Wed/Fri schedule with named buyer support on our side.
Weeks 2–3Pallets ship on schedule. Weekly check-ins, monthly volume reviews, quarterly catalogue refreshes. Adjustments without renegotiation. Custom-grow conversations on demand.
Ongoing
Arrow Fresh has been delivering produce continuously since December 2022. The retail chains and HoReCa partners on our roster have stayed on the roster because the pallets show up.
Repeat business is the part of the business that pays for itself. The first delivery is sales work. The hundredth delivery is operations. We've built the operations side first.
Tell us what you supply, what you'd like to supply, and where it falls down. We'll come back with a structured quote and a sample delivery.
