Our story

Less cultivating a better future.
More delivery every Monday.

Arrow Fresh was started in 2022 with one greenhouse, twelve deliveries in our first month, and a stubborn idea: that Pakistan's climate — difficult, generous, increasingly volatile — was no excuse for inconsistent produce.

The aspiration was specific: build a commercial supplier, not a lifestyle brand. We started by selling to one buyer, then ten, then enough that running the schedule became a more interesting problem than finding the customers. Today our pallets ship to retail chains, restaurant groups, hotels and specialty grocers across seventeen cities of Punjab, Sindh and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

What we built — still building — is a small operation that takes the volatility out of the fresh produce category. We farm past the weather instead of around it. Mint in July looks like mint in January. Lettuce by the pallet, every Monday, Wednesday, Friday. The pallets show up.

If you'd like to see the operation, the door is open. Wear closed shoes.
