What we grow

Seven crops do most of the work.

Mint and lettuce together account for two-thirds of everything we ship. The rest of the catalogue — eighteen more varieties — fills out the supplier picture for menu planners and specialty buyers.

The method

A farm that runs on data, not luck.

Three systems working together: hydroponic cultivation, sensor-driven environment control, and a closed-loop sustainability layer. Every variable that affects a crop is measured every six minutes.

01 · Cultivation

Hydroponic, soil-free.

Coconut-coir media, recirculating nutrient solution. Crops see clean water, balanced electrical conductivity, and a stable root-zone pH between 5.8 and 6.2.

02 · Control

Sensor-monitored, end to end.

Temperature, humidity, CO₂, light intensity and nutrient solution are sampled every six minutes. Shade screens, fans and LEDs adjust automatically.

03 · Sustainability

Solar-run, rain-fed.

Rooftop photovoltaics power operations March through November. Harvested monsoon water runs irrigation year-round — roughly 90% less water than equivalent open-field cultivation.
