Our commitments

Written down, signed, and reviewed every year.

These are the two policies our farm team works to. They cover how we control food safety hazards, how every crate is traced back to the house it was grown in, and how we look after the people who grow it.

We are certifying to GLOBALG.A.P. IFA v6 GFS, the edition recognised by the Global Food Safety Initiative. Both policies are published here in English and Urdu, the language our field team reads.

GLOBALG.A.P. farm policy

To achieve and maintain GLOBALG.A.P. certification under the Integrated Farm Assurance (IFA) v6 standard, Arrow Fresh (Pvt) Limited is strictly committed to sustainable agriculture, food safety, and worker welfare.

This policy mandates the implementation of rigorous food safety protocols across all our agricultural operations, including comprehensive annual risk assessments for chemical, biological, and physical hazards, alongside strict Maximum Residue Limit (MRL) monitoring for all crop protection inputs. We guarantee full traceability of all produce from our cultivated fields directly to the point of dispatch, ensuring that all certified crops are strictly segregated from non-certified products. Furthermore, environmental stewardship is core to our day-to-day practices, maintained through optimized water management, minimal chemical usage, and responsible biodiversity preservation across all land managed by Arrow Fresh.

In alignment with the standard’s social criteria, Arrow Fresh actively upholds fair labor conditions, robust occupational health and safety standards, and continuous hygiene training for all personnel. Our management ensures that all farm workers operate in a safe environment, equipped with the necessary personal protective equipment (PPE), and have unrestricted access to clean drinking water and sanitary facilities. A dedicated Food Safety and Quality Management representative is officially appointed to oversee compliance, manage regulatory frameworks, and spearhead continuous internal audits. This policy is reviewed annually by executive leadership to adapt to legislative updates and reinforce our unwavering dedication to agricultural excellence, supply chain reliability, and consumer safety.
